FACTS is our student information system. This is the database where we keep attendance, address, demographics etc. for each student attending CWC. FACTS is the place to find your grades for middle school and high school. Lunch accounts can be viewed and you can pay for your lunch balance. Your high school and athletic fees can be paid on FACTS as well. When your family begins with CWC, you will be given a username and password. If you don't remember what that is, please contact the HS office.

Each semester fees are assigned for certain courses that may have workbooks, lab fees, or other material fees. These can be paid to the office with check or cash or you may pay by credit card using JMC. To find what you owe, please log into your JMC account. If you do not know the login, please contact the HS office.

HS athletic fees are $75 per season (Fall, Winter, Spring). MS athletic fees are $75 for the whole year. If you sold Crusader Cards, the money you earned can be used to pay for your athletic fees. Please contact Matt Hofman. He will notify the office if you want to use your Crusader Card money. These can also be paid in the office by check or cash or you may pay by credit card using JMC.  To find what you owe, please log into your JMC account. If you do not know the log in, please contact the HS office.

PARENTS AND STUDENTS - you can login to see student grades (including grades on daily assignments, quarterly and semester grades, and exam scores) as well as Lunch Account status using the JMC link on this page. 

JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - your report cards are not mailed to your home, you must look online to access grades. 

PARENTS - unless you make a specific request, quarterly and midterm reports will no longer be sent home by mail for grades 6-12; they will be emailed to you. As always, you may check your student grades at anytime on JMC go to progress reports. To add money to your lunch account, please bring cash or a check to the HS office or pay online using JMC.

Click on the "parent" icon and login. Your previous username and password are still valid. Be sure to choose the correct school year.

Students will be charged each day they eat hot lunch, get a milk, or purchase a snack.  Most families put some money in the account and it will be used as purchases are made. Hot Lunch can be paid to the office by check or cash. You may also pay with credit card using JMC. To find your current balance, please log into your JMC account. If you do not know the login, please contact the HS office.

$1.75 for an extra portion

$3.50 for elementary students

Milk is available every day for $.30 per ½ pint.

Students may purchase ala cart at snack time, prices vary. Please speak with your child about your wishes for purchasing ala cart items.
