Director of Advancement
The Office of Advancement advances the mission, purposes, and goals of Central Wisconsin Christian School through fundraising and partnerships, strategic communications, volunteer leadership support, and alumni and community engagement. The Director of Advancement is a senior member of the CWC leadership team and is responsible for leading and managing fundraising strategies and activities to support the organization's mission and goals. The Director creates and executes a strategic plan to qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and manages a portfolio of individual donors and collaborates with colleagues to facilitate the major and planned gift pipelines. The Director will guide the creation of public relations materials and organize meetings with business and civic groups for the purpose of explaining Christ-centered education. The Director will provide guidance on alumni relations and supervise and support advancement staff.

CWC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of School in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs while handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.

Receptionist
CWC is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and supporting day-to-day office and school operations. Short-Term Substitute Teachers
Central Wisconsin Christian School in Waupun, WI is seeking faithful and flexible Short-Term Substitute Teachers to provide instructional support in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Substitutes are responsible for implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and maintaining a respectful, Christ-centered learning environment across various grade levels (K-12). Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Wisconsin Short-Term Substitute License or have a four-year college degree, demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills, and are committed to the mission and values of Christian education. This is an as-needed position that requires adaptability, dependability, and a heart for serving students both academically and spiritually.

Food Service Worker - Part Time
Central Wisconsin Christian is searching for a part-time Food Service Workers to play an essential role in providing nutritious, balanced meals to students and staff in a safe, welcoming, and efficient manner. The individual in this role will assist in food preparation, meal service, and kitchen clean-up while maintaining the high standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency that reflect the school's commitment to quality service. In all tasks, the Food Service Workers are expected to approach their work with a positive attitude, a strong sense of teamwork, and a focus on supporting the well-being of the school community. We are currently looking for a Tuesday shift from 10:30-1:15 and a Friday shift from 7:30-1:15.
