Long -Term Substitute

Central Wisconsin Christian School in Waupun, WI is seeking faithful and flexible Long-Term Substitute Teacher to provide instructional support in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Substitutes are responsible for implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and maintaining a respectful, Christ-centered learning environment across various grade levels (K-12). Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Wisconsin Long-Term Substitute License or have a four-year college degree, demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills, and are committed to the mission and values of Christian education. This is an as-needed position that requires adaptability, dependability, and a heart for serving students both academically and spiritually.

Custodian

Central Wisconsin Christian is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented full-time Custodian to serve as a steward of our facilities. The Custodian helps ensure that all buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained to support school activities, facility operations, and community functions. This hands-on role includes a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks, from daily custodial work to light repairs and seasonal projects. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, takes pride in maintaining excellence across all spaces, and models a Christ-honoring attitude in service to others.  

Qualifications

   High school diploma or equivalent preferred
   3-5 years of previous custodial experience preferred
   Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
   Bonus if candidate has previous groundskeeping experience
   Ability to meet the physical requirements necessary to safely and effectively perform required duties

Central Wisconsin Christian is seeking a JV Girls Basketball Coach to lead and develop student-athletes in fundamental skills, game strategy, and teamwork. The coach will plan and run practices, manage game-day responsibilities, and encourage athletes to grow both on and off the court. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to modeling Christian character while supporting the mission of CWC.

JV2 Girls basketball coach

Central Wisconsin Christian is looking for a JV2 Girls Basketball Coach to guide younger athletes in learning the game, building confidence, and developing skills for future play. The coach will provide clear instruction, foster a positive team environment, and create opportunities for growth in both athletics and personal character.
