Welcome to CWC!
We believe education is more than academics. It’s about discovering who God made you to be.
From 4K through 12th grade, we partner with parents to teach children to glorify God and serve in His world.
Because Christ is Central, every lesson, relationship, and activity is rooted in faith. Our students learn to think critically, grow in wisdom, and live with purpose as they are equipped to impact the world for Christ.

Schedule a Tour
There’s no better way to experience Central Wisconsin Christian than to visit in person!
During your personal tour, you’ll walk our halls, meet our teachers, and see firsthand how Christ is at the center of everything we do.
We ask that every family begin the admissions process with a tour so we can get to know you, answer your questions, and help you discover how your family could thrive here.
Ready to see CWC for yourself?
We care for others and that begins with caring for each family who walks through our doors.

Admissions Process
We’re here to make your admissions journey clear, simple, and personal.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Request Information and Schedule a Tour
Start by requesting information about CWC and scheduling a campus tour. During your visit, you will meet teachers, see classrooms in action, and experience how Christ is at the center of everything we do.
Step 2: Apply for Admission
After your tour, complete the online application using the link emailed to you to help us learn more about your child and family. This step begins your formal admissions process. The application includes a pastor and teacher recommendation form that will be emailed out to them at the time you submit the application. There is also a small processing fee.
Step 3: First Round of Waitpool Released
In early February, we release the first round of placements from our waitpool. Families are notified at this time and can move forward with enrollment if offered a spot.
Throughout the process, our team is available to guide and support you. We Speak the Truth in Love by communicating with honesty, grace, and care as we walk through each step together.
Admissions by Grade Level
CWC offers a Christ-centered education for students at every stage, from preschool to high school.

Early Education (4K–Kindergarten)
Our youngest learners grow through play, curiosity, and wonder as they develop early literacy, math, and faith foundations in a joyful classroom setting.
4K: Three half days per week, either mornings or afternoons.
Kindergarten: A transitional schedule begins the year with three full days per week (typically Monday, Wednesday, Friday). After Christmas break, a fourth day is added, and following spring break, students attend five full days per week.

Elementary (Grades 1–5)
Students build strong academic skills while deepening their understanding of God’s Word and world. Teachers nurture curiosity and character in every subject.

Middle School (Grades 6–8)
Students are guided to explore their identity in Christ, take ownership of their learning, and discover how their gifts can serve others.

High School (Grades 9–12)
A rigorous, faith-integrated education prepares students for college, career, and calling to help them live boldly and lead with purpose in God’s kingdom.
