Why It Matters
Each year, parents, grandparents, alumni, friends, and supporters gather together for an evening of fellowship and generosity. More than just raising funds, the Harvest Auction is an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new families, and celebrate the impact of Christ-centered education at CWC.

Last year, through the incredible generosity of our community, the auction raised more than $280,000 in support of faith-driven education. The Harvest Auction plays a vital role in supporting:
- Classroom resources and technology
- Athletics, fine arts, and extracurricular experiences
- Facility and program enhancements
- Opportunities for spiritual growth and discipleship

A Night of Community & Celebration
The Harvest Auction is designed to bring people together. The evening includes:
- A themed dinner and fellowship
- Meal tickets can be purchased in advance and are available at the door. 
- Attendees can choose to attend the auction without purchasing a meal if they prefer.
- Silent and Live auctions
- Opportunities to support meaningful initiatives at CWC
- Plenty of laughter, connection, and school spirit

Silent Auction
The evening begins with dinner and the opportunity to browse hundreds of silent auction items generously donated by businesses, families, and supporters. From handmade items and unique experiences to gift cards and local favorites, there is truly something for everyone.

Can’t attend in person? Online bidding allows supporters to participate from anywhere and still be part of the excitement.

Live Auction
As the evening continues, the excitement builds during our live auction featuring highly sought-after items and memorable experiences. The live auction is energetic, interactive, and full of friendly competition.

The Sausage Project
One of the most beloved traditions of the Harvest Auction is the Sausage Project. Each year, Brandon Meats generously donates a five-foot sausage that becomes a fun and meaningful giving opportunity during the live auction. Attendees can purchase “pieces” of the sausage as a way to collectively support a featured school project or need.

It’s a unique CWC tradition that brings energy, laughter, and generosity together in a memorable way.
