Teaching for Transformation

At CWC, learning is about more than gaining knowledge—it’s about transformation. Through our Teaching for Transformation (TfT) framework, we design learning experiences that help students grow in faith, character, and purpose. Every lesson and project is an opportunity for students to better understand God’s world and their place in it.

What is Teaching for Transformation?

Teaching for Transformation is a framework for creating meaningful, authentic learning rooted in Biblical truth for every age and stage.

This framework helps teachers design learning experiences that meet academic standards and show students how they fit into God’s story and live out their faith daily.

What does Teaching for Transformation look like in the classroom?

In a TfT classroom, you might see:

What is a Deep Hope?

Each classroom at CWC is guided by a Deep Hope—a simple, powerful statement that reflects what a teacher truly desires for their students.

A Deep Hope goes beyond academics. It focuses on who students are becoming. Deep Hope helps keep learning focused on lasting impact, not just short-term outcomes.
