We strive to keep the cost of tuition affordable for all families and offer financial assistance programs to those that qualify. We recommend two assistance programs for families to consider based on their level of need.
Three Ways We Keep Education Affordable
Wisconsin Parental Choice Program
CWC participates in the State of Wisconsin’s Private School Choice Program. Parents who are eligible for this program may qualify for fully funded tuition at CWC for students in grades 4K–12.
Eligibility is based on income and household size. There are multiple application periods for this program, but the earliest priority application period takes place between Feb. 2 – Feb. 20.
Tuition Assistance Provided Through CWC
Our budget provides funds to assist families who qualify for tuition assistance. Applications are submitted through our student information system (FACTS) and handled in a strictly confidential manner. A small committee reviews all applications and awards aid based on need.
Reduce Tuition Through TRIP
CWC families can reduce their tuition through the Tuition Reduction Incentive Program, or TRIP. By purchasing gift cards for groceries, gas, restaurants, travel, and other everyday expenses, families earn rebates that can be applied toward their CWC tuition.
