Enrollment Process
We’ll walk alongside your family through each step as you explore whether Central Wisconsin Christian is the right fit for your child.
Step One: Inquire With Our Admissions Team
Get started by completing an admissions inquiry form telling us a little bit about your family and your student(s). You can also contact us directly by calling 920-324-4233 to learn more about CWC and our admissions process.
Step Two: Schedule a Tour
After completing the inquiry form, you’ll be invited to schedule a tour of our campus. During your visit, you’ll meet teachers, see classrooms in action, and experience how Christ is at the center of everything we do.
The tour is an opportunity for our team to get to know you, answer your questions, and help you discover how your family can thrive here.
Step Three: Apply for Admission
If CWC is the right fit for your family after your tour, you will be emailed a link inviting you to formally apply for admission to CWC. Application deadline is January 31 for the February release of placements. All applications after this initial deadline will be considered if space is available. The last day to apply is May 31.
In the application process, you will be asked to submit:
- Current Teacher Recommendation
- Please be prepared to provide contact information for your child’s teacher. We will email a link to submit a recommendation after the application is submitted.
- Pastor Recommendation
- Please be prepared to provide contact information for your pastor. We will email a link to submit a recommendation after the application is submitted.
- Academic Records
- Processing Fee of $25 per student

Step Four: Complete Enrollment
In early February, our admissions team will release the first round of placements from our waitpool. If offered a spot, families are notified and can move forward with enrollment.
