ABOUT STEEL SHOE-SADERS
The Steel Shoe-saders are a unique high school club at CWC that gives students opportunities to develop technical skills and participate in the BUILDMoto Mentor Program. Through this program, club members work alongside adult mentors to transform a stock motorcycle into a custom-built flat track race bike.
Throughout the season, students work together to prepare and showcase their motorcycle while participating in BUILDMoto events focused on performance, presentation, and creativity.
More than just building a bike, the Steel Shoe-saders provide students with opportunities to apply technical skills in real-world ways while developing leadership, perseverance, and collaboration through a shared project experience.
